2018 Heritage Days
July 5, 2018 - July 8, 2018
The 36th Heritage Days is a weekend celebration beginning on Thursday with a Queen’s Style Show and Princess Tea Party. Friday features a fun run, fireman’s pulled pork free will supper,and a dance with the Fabulous Armadillos. Activities for all ages on Saturday including a craft fair, fly in pancake breakfast, 5/10K run, games, coronation, rib fest, and fireworks at dusk.
This year the Grande Parade will be Saturday, July 7th at 6:00pm followed by the crowning of the 2018-2019 Miss Minnewaska Queen on the shores of Lake Minnewaska at the city park. Fireworks overlooking Lake Minnewaska follows on Saturday night. Sunday concludes with a community church service.
This annual fun fulled weekend is planned for family and friends to celebrate and commemorate Starbuck’s long and historic heritage.
