STARBUCK INDUSTRIAL PARK
Starbuck’s 24-acre industrial park is located on the west edge of Starbuck and within the city limits on Highway 28. There are a total of 5 lots available. Each lot is 2 acres in size. One faces onto Highway 28 and the other four are in the second tier. There are water and sewer extensions to the industrial park. These services can be extended to the available lots with relative ease but with some cost involved.
