Heritage days schedule for 2018

The 36th Heritage Days is a weekend celebration. Beginning on Thursday night there is a Fun Run and the Jr Miss Red Carpet Event and Coronation.   Friday features a fireman’s pulled pork free will supper,and a street dance featuring the Fabulous Armadillos. Activities for all ages on Saturday include a craft fair, fly in pancake breakfast, a golf tournament, 5/10K run, kids games, inflatables, coronation, rib fest, and fireworks at dusk.

The Grande Parade will be Saturday, July 7th at 6:00pm followed by the crowning of the 2018-2019 Miss Minnewaska Royalty on the shores of Lake Minnewaska at the Starbuck Lakeshore Park. Fireworks overlooking Lake Minnewaska follows on Saturday night. Sunday concludes with a community church service.

This annual fun filled weekend is planned for family and friends to celebrate and commemorate Starbuck’s long and historic heritage.
