The Starbuck Heritage Days Royalty recently attended the Anoka Halloween Parade. They worked hard transforming the Heritage Days Float into a “Barbie” themed entry. “If you dream it….you can be it”. Thanks to the Royalty, their parents, and all who helped to bring attention to our town and Lake Minnewaska.
